Ability to clear a Channels value or History

We need the ability to clear a channels value or history at will in the Marketing Channels reports and rules. Currently we can alter the rule and code but cannot clear the historical values. The only solution affects all of the buckets and takes 30 days to run its course. Deleting the rule, does not wipe existing virtual cookie values for first, last. DANG>
