Ability to change several report settings before the report update begins to run

It should be possible to change several report settings (date range, metrics, search term ...) and start the report update with a click.

    Issue:

    I'm looking at report A for suite B in timeframe C filtered by D.

    I need to switch to report W, suite X, timeframe Y and filter Z.

    I will wait for four redraws when only one is necessary.

     

    Proposal:

    Add a "Pause" button to the UI that greys the report screen and waits for me switch to all my settings. Do nothing (as in do not redraw) until I hit "Resume" -- then fetch the requested report.

     

    It seems simple, but think of the workflow time it would save not to mention the wasted processing time to draw intermediary reports no one wants to see.
