Ability to Add a Note Specific to an Event or Prop Report

If you add a 'Note' to an event (or prop) report (say the 'purchase' event for Orders), that note appears on all event (or prop) based reports.

If I add a note to event1, that note shows up on event1, event2, event3, etc. If I add a note to prop1, that note appears on prop1, prop2, prop3, etc.  

I would like to have the ability to add a note to a specific event or certain prop, and that variable's note should not appear on any other reports. I believe this is how the 'Notes' system in SiteCatalyst should function. Thank you.
