Hello community!I need help resolving an issue with my Adobe Experience League profile. Currently, my account is associated with an email address that I need to change. I'd like to know if it's possible to change the email linked to my profile and, if so, how I can do this.Specifically, I have the following questions:Is it possible to change the email associated with my account in Experience League? If yes, what is the procedure to make this change? Is there any impact on my account, progress, or certifications when making this change? Is there a waiting period or additional verification after changing the email?I appreciate any guidance or tips you can provide. If anyone has gone through this process, I'd be grateful to hear about your experience.Thank you for your help!

Hi Everyone, I have recently integrated Google Adwords using Advertising Analytics and all the search campaign data is flowing fine into the Workspace but I'm having trouble getting data for PMax and Discovery campaigns. I followed the standard Advertising Analytics setup process and implemented the tracking code provided in the UI ("s_kwcid={userid}!{sid}!{creative}!{matchtype}!{placement}!{network}!{product_partition_id}!{keyword}"). However, I came across a document stating that PMax campaigns aren't tracked by default in Advertising Analytics because in Google Ads performance max campaigns, ad groups, ads, or keywords are not set up. The document suggests using an upgraded AMO ID tracking code for PMax and Discovery campaign tracking. My questions are: Has anyone successfully integrated PMax and Discovery campaign data into Advertising Analytics? What are the necessary steps for achieving this?If the upgraded AMO ID tracking code is necessary, can anyo

I have been try to access Adobe Admin Console and only get; 'You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.'

We're not using marketing channel detail (MCD) much right now. What are we missing out on? I see it can be configured by marketing channel, which is nice. It doesn't seem to carry classifications when populating MCD with an existing classified evar (or other), so there's duplicate work there. Are there automated processes available or some benefit to using MCD as an Adobe-provided dimension, or is it just a remnant of earlier times?

Is there anyone , who can answer me well of this query?

Hi, I am still stumped a bit on the calculation of Bounces and Single Page Visits - I read a lot of the posts on this site and other articles, but I am still not able to marry the numbers from the front end of Adobe Analytics with the calculations in the backend using the data on the backend. Does anybody have a verified method for calculation of these two metrics? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am trying to figure out the calculation of metric called: Campaign click-through from the data feed. In AA it says: This is an Adobe provided component. So, how do I calculate this one from data feed?Tanks.

I would like to sign up for Adobe Advertising Cloud but this has, weirdly enough, proved a very difficult and time consuming task. First of all, I can't seem to find any webpage where you can sign up, nor does Adobe customer service seem to be able to help me on their chat. I was referred to a form (https://business.adobe.com/se/request-consultation/experience-cloud.html) which I filled in and whereupon I received an automatic message telling me that I would be contacted by Adobe. So far, I have not been contacted by Adobe. I was then referred to the phone number 1-800-685-4193 and told that if I called that number, someone would help me. However, I have dialed that number about a dozen times today and every time all I get is an automatic message telling me that no representative is currently available. I was then given another telephone number, where a recorded message simply referred me back to the Adobe webpage. I was then referred here, to this community, a

I would like to be able to estimate hours/resources needed at a Portfolio and Initiative level--is anyone aware of how this can be done similar to the Resource Budgeting feature within Business Case of a Project? I am playing with Scenario, not sure this is the right application for when I am trying to do. Essentially I want to be able to create quarterly and even annual staff plans based on anticipated work.  Thanks in advance for any tip, tricks and suggestions!

We currently use Adobe Advertising Cloud as an extension to Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, and this loads as a script on our website. We are on a journey of moving all script/cookie-based technologies to API-driven technology. Is there an API for Adobe Advertising Cloud?

Hello! I'm new in the community. At the agency where I work, we are integrating the system with adobe review links to get feedback, and also invite editing by sharing files from the cloud to collaborate more than one person on the project. What is the problem? When I want to open a file I get a message indicating that the file is open by myself, so I can't access it. Even when the file is closed in the browser, the editing link is closed and also closed in PSD or Ai. Confirming that everything is closed, the same message continues to appear “Someone else is editing AdobeCC_Test.psdc. You can either make a copy or wait for (My name) to close it and try again later."We have solved it by completely closing the Photoshop program and reopening it, but it is not the most practical solution, because it implies closing other projects that we are working on and it is not comfortable to do this every time.I look forward to your support on this.Thank you so much!

Gostaria de saber se eu consigo contratar o plano com todos os programas e aumentar o armazenamento de 100gb para 1TB.

Hello Experts,In my Advertising Analytics report for Google Ads- the video Ads type are not tracked. ONLY text Ads are tracked. What could be the reason for this? I read in one of the post that Advertising Analytics only track text ads type with the integrated Google Ads accounts. is that still true and not updated in latest releases? Thanks in advance for your replies.

I don't find how to register to this event ?It seems that the link from your original mail invitation doesn't work…Thanks for your help.

Hi, has anyone tried reaching out to Adobe Analytics customer center because a specific Activity ID hasn't been showing up on CGEN System? Worried that the data for the cgen tags under the activity would not be tracked anymore on Adobe Analytics.
