Charging fee
Dear Adobe,
Yesterday (March 30 st) I have already successfully canceled your Product, which is supposed to be free of charge as you declared. Today (March 31st) I have been charged twice for Monthly Adobe Acrobat Pro fee and ounces more for AI Assistant pro services.
On my Adobe account at section about billings is written that I have only one invoice for monthly fee 8,39& procured on March 31 st and that`s it
So my question is why have you doubled the amount that is supposed to be charged and plus additional fee for AI Assistant usage fee 35,99&?
If you are serious Company you should return me my money back
