DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Operations team serves multiple functions within KeyBank’s Marketing Department to enable the successful implementation of marketing programs for all of KeyBank’s lines of business and client segments. The Marketing Workfront Senior Administrator position is an individual contributor role. Adobe Workfront is the tool used to facilitate project management for workload involving creative services and key.com.  This role includes the upkeep and maintenance of the Adobe Workfront platform as well as reporting, and the addition of new functionality as well as system updates.  This role will manage a contract, and licenses associated with Workfront. This role is responsible for managing access levels and team setup.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Update and monitor Workfront access. Maintain and update User Guides and Procedures.
  • Create training materials and train individuals as Workfront access is provided/troubleshoot errors as they occur.
  • Receives requests through internal Workfront tool for Admin updates to fields, reporting, build of new flows, template updates and certificate verification.
  • Execute required standard reporting and distribute and store.
  • Execute newly requested reporting from requestors such as Compliance. Provide documentation for audits/Exams and other reviews as needed.
  • Verify project scope aligns with stated business goals. Stay aware on reporting standards, department reporting requirements, and bank system changes/enhancements. Ensure data integrity.
  • Follows established processes and thinks of new ways to do our work and manages risks effectively. Brings an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performance. Demonstrates consistent year-over-year improvements in performance.
  • Effectively collaborates and communicate with internal and external partners, including marketing, creative services, external agencies, product management, lines of business, risk, legal and compliance.
  • Actively participates in team sessions and in projects led by others.
  • Partner with other Project Coordination team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectations.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 3 - 7 years professional experience in advertising agency, marketing project management or related fields.  Experience in financial services or equivalent, regulated industry experience. Experience with compliance and or risk management.

 

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

  • Experience in traditional and digital creative development process, ensure content aligns with business objectives and is within brand and compliance standards.
  • Experience with a Project Management tool (ex. Adobe WorkFront), experience understanding systems and databases. Experience in reporting.
  • Proven relationship-building skills working with internal team members, external agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and oral communication ability; demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong client focus; is efficient and delivers in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems; escalates as necessary.
