Job Description:

As the Workfront Administrator, you oversee the technology, workflows, training, and reporting specifically developed for use throughout the Digital Marketing and Base Management organization within end client. You will self-manage the ongoing development and daily operations of Workfront for all work going through the organization. You will recognize updates to promote a more efficient operation and lead implementation as approved. You will support the technical design of the platform, product integrations, maintenance of the technology, and the Workfront processes that improve our operations. You understand marketing users and workflow management, the need for efficiency, standardization, centralization, and quality control.

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations, you'll partner with internal and external stakeholders and partners in optimizing and scaling this platform. Adobe Workfront users require onboarding and ongoing support. Additionally, you will help scope and implement Adobe integrations, working with our implementation partner.

 

Responsibilities

  • An expert on all things related to Adobe Workfront
  • Implement complex solutions from requirements developed in partnership with peers and deliver clear layouts for business leaders and non-technical marketers to grasp
  • Mapping out and defining complex data solution requirements
  • Develop Adobe Workfront across the Digital Marketing and Base Management Organization, emphasizing overcoming obstacles to platform adoption.
  • Maintain an understanding of project management processes and metrics.
  • Provide support and training to Adobe Workfront users and strengthen the business benefits of using the tool enterprise-wide.
  • Work with various partners to develop strategies
  • Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
  • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Strong knowledge of System analysis and Workflow Management.
  • Perform daily system administration duties and activities such as add/update/manage users groups teams access levels request queue management and respond to new user requests within 24 hrs.
  • Assist in building reports dashboards as required, update custom forms as well as communicate changes to requestors and/or impacted groups.
  • Ability to configure and test Workfront objects, including but not limited to user profiles, access and permissions, resource management, custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, email notifications, statuses, job roles, agile teams, groups, layout templates, filters, views, groupings etc. as well as assist with training users on the new configurations.
  • Workfront Fusion and integration experience a plus

 

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):

  • 2+ years of administering Workfront (Certification preferable).
  • Experience as a Technology Solution "Product Owner / Architect," which includes capturing requirements, conducting functional/technical design, and building/implementing solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of workflow tools and project management systems used by creative teams in corporate organizations.

 

DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Change Management and Agile project management
  • Review data from systems and glean insights on platform and process effectiveness to form recommendations.
  • Proficient in identifying and prioritizing needs, self-managing multiple projects simultaneously and reporting on progress.
