Is there a way to pull multiple custom date ranges at once in Report Builder? - Adobe Analytics 22-02-2017
I'm using Report Builder and I need to pull both historical and ongoing monthly data by custom dates for a client that wants to change reporting from calendar months to a 5-4-4 fiscal calendar. I've had multiple reports set up as "Last 2 months" date range and Monthly granularity so I can have this month's and last month's numbers for each line of each report, but I can't seem to find a way to do this if I have to specify custom dates for each month. Is there anything similar to Site Catalyst's ...

Re: Why is Revenue rounded to nearest dollar in CSV exports but not XLS exports? - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Hi Rahul,No, this isn't major, just an annoyance as I said. I was also wondering if perhaps the answer to it might lead me to someplace within Reporting & Analytics that would provide other configuration options as well that I might not be aware of. Thanks for checking.

Re: Why is Revenue rounded to nearest dollar in CSV exports but not XLS exports? - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Hi Rahul,Sorry for the long-delayed response, this dropped off my radar for awhile.I hadn't used Report Builder but I finally got around to checking into this option and it appears we don't have Report Builder enabled for that report suite. However, even if that is a viable workaround, I am still very curious about the difference between report formats just within Reporting and Analytics, if that's the tool I'm using. Did you find out anything about that? Thanks,Don

Re: Why is Revenue rounded to nearest dollar in CSV exports but not XLS exports? - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Hi,Thanks for trying but this really wasn't any help. It seems to be about the Revenue Report specifically, and doesn't mention the difference I am asking about at all. Again, the specific question I have is why the exact same report may or may not include rounded numbers for Revenue or other currency metrics, depending solely on whether I export it as a CSV file (rounded) or XLS file (not rounded). The workaround of creating a calculated metric is doable, but I'm annoyed that it's necessary and...

Why is Revenue rounded to nearest dollar in CSV exports but not XLS exports? - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
When I export reports as a CSV in Site Catalyst, Revenue and (I think) other currency totals are all rounded to the nearest dollar on each line, but XLS exports have the exact amounts to the cent. I've had a maddening time trying to find an explanation of why this is, or if it's possible to change an option setting somewhere that lets me get exact amounts in CSV exports. The closest I've found is the suggestion in the documentation to add a calculated "Unrounded" Revenue, but since the standard R...

Re: How to determine how a bookmarked or Frequently Viewed report was created (i.e. path to the base report)? - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Hi Ankit,This is so close to what I'm looking for but I'm still somewhat puzzled. I was able to get results for some of my bookmarks but:1) The date ranges show the actual dates that would be generated by pulling the report, not the Preset Date option that is actually used in the bookmark.2) The particular reports that are puzzling me (Original Entry Pages) are all returning this response, so I can't get any help at all. I can run the reports, so I'm assuming "not supported" means that they're n...

Re: How to determine how a bookmarked or Frequently Viewed report was created (i.e. path to the base report)? - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Hi Ankit,That is somewhat helpful, especially for the preset date range. However, I'm still mystified how I could reproduce from scratch the "Original Entry Pages" report that I mentioned finding in the new suite. If I just click on "Original Entry Pages" as it's listed underneath Frequently Viewed, I get this URL:https://sc2.omniture.com/sc15/reports/index.html?a=Report.Standard&r=Report.GetConversions&rp=ec_pri|36%3Bec_reset|1&ssSession=0301e1d956e0bea25cb24eaf6aa19f3a&jpj=5636239951127I have ...

How to determine how a bookmarked or Frequently Viewed report was created (i.e. path to the base report)? - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
With a bookmarked report in Reports & Analytics, how can I tell exactly how the report was initially created? In other words, how can I determine what the exact path of the initial report that it is based on, as well as other options like the Preset Date Range?I am reporting for a client that switched reporting suites and am trying to recreate some bookmarked reports in the new one, but I can't find anywhere that specifies exactly how a report was built, and some of the numbers seem suspiciously...
