I am trying to use experience fragments in a simple a/b test. The XF's have been successfully been imported into Target, but will not show up in the test variation. When test using the Activity QA URL... I am getting an error and the XF isn't loading. I can see the page is trying to load the XF... atComponentInserted({"scriptId":"atloader-a85d8898-2","path":"/content/experience-fragments/large-format/language-masters/en/site/TEST/eDM50.nocloudconfigs.html"}); ...but the atComponentInserted function is not found... 1 Uncaught ReferenceError: atComponentInserted is not defined at :1:1 The error seems to be originating from Launch, but I can't find any docume...

Is it possible to pass multiple values in a profile script? I have 8 products for each user saved to their customer attributes. I am setting up Recommendations and need to setup the Criteria so that it shows these products in the design. Using the script below as example, which returns one of the products, can I set it so that it returns all 8 in one script? if (crs.get('offline customer.userid')) {return crs.get('offline customer.prod1');}

I need some advice on the best way to proceed with this use case... I have personalized product recommendations for each one of my customers in an offline CRM database that my sales team uses. I would like to be able to show these recommendations to the user when they visit my site. I have a login capability and I capture their ID in Analytics with an eVar that never expires. Ideally I would be able to create a segment that included all known visitors based the eVar that captures their ID. At wh...

Had a weird issue just come up where the page name's are no longer being captured in the Activity Map Page Report, just the URL. I did publish a change in DTM at this time, but the only change was an addition of a production report suite in the Adobe Analytics tool, there were literally no settings or code changes published from DTM at that specific time. The change must be related to the DTM change, but it shouldn't be due to the GUI report suite change.Has anyone else come across this?

I appreciate your help Jantzen.We have sorted everything out and are going to use the appendToURL method and overwriteCrossDomainMCIDAndAID configuration. We were able to validate that it was working on our end. One question about your last response... you said this:Using an "mid" generated from a mobile app limits your ability to use the integrations an Audience Manager data in the future for that visitor.I'm not sure what you mean by this. Can you provide a link to the documentation if it exis...

Sorry, yes you are correct in regards to the webview. Let's just say those three scenarios are just for when users go from app to a browser webpage.

The app has both... there are webviews and links to open a page in the browser.

I appreciate the response Jantzen.Just so I am clear on this and hopefully others in the future... the following use cases are true for using these methods and configurations. Let's assume all my links out to a webpage from my app are using the appendToUrl method and contain the necessary query parameters (mid, region, org id, etc.).If the user has never visited the web page before, then the MID is automatically set with the one in the query parameter.If the user has visited the web page before,...

I am having an issue right now where when a user goes from the app to a page on my site, the marketing cloud id is not shared between the two and I am getting a duplicate visitor counts. It is also preventing me from seeing the whole customer journey as one visit. I found this ID Service configuration setting in the documentation, but it doesn't appear to be working: overwriteCrossDomainMCIDAndAIDhttps://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/mcvid/mcvid-overwrite-visitor-id.html Does anyone h...
