Hi I created a maven based project and then created a OSGI bundle and uploaded in the bundle section (Using AdobeCQ 5.6). I am able to access the services and print a simple "Hello Welcomet o OSGI World". As per the document or url you specified Create /apps/dam/content/asseteditors/formitems (copy the form from/libs/dam/content/asseteditors/formitems). Do we need to change the configuration file any where so that it picks from our apps/dam folder instead of lib/dam/..... Because the changes made in lib will be available across all the projects created which i dont want

Hi Back ground : I am trying to create Book rental web site. When i am uploading a Image in Asset section i am able to see some default properties like (Title, description, creator, contributor etc....) but i want to add my own properties like Descripton of Author, # of chapters, Cost of the book etc. How can i acheive this.

One of my client requirment is as follow'sStart with a fresh Amazon Unix AMIexecute a script that will Download the CQ JARs from S3 or any storage space, Install CQInstall the Configuration Package (Clean Up package, Content Package for the UI pages, Permissions Package, etc)If we can, even update the admin password as part of the script.Can any one help out like how to write those scripts (3rd point ) and how to execute those scripts automatically.

Tried in the following way ResourceResolver resourceResolver = resolverFactory.getAdministrativeResourceResolver(null); Resource resource = resourceResolver.getResource("content/dam/Rental/prod1.gif"); Asset asset = resource.adaptTo(Asset.class); Rendition thumb = asset.getRendition("cq5dam.thumbnail.48.48.png"); getting a null pointer exception in line 3 (Asset asset = resource.adaptTo(Asset.class);)Image is available in the Asset able to access the metadata using JCR API.

Hi All,Using JCR API i want to fetch the value of thumbnail image of a Asset. Purpose.I am trying to display the thumbnail image of a Book in the main page and on click of it i will display the complete details including the main image of the Book. I tried to fetch the data from under imagenode/rendition folder. Thanks in Advance.
