The component is a simple JSP form with some text fields which is doing a POST to SlingHttpServlet in which i am a calling a External Restful service. I am doing a request.setAttribute("searchResults", results); in the servlet. Then i am doing a sendRedirect(resultPage) to a new page. where there is a component to display the JSON data. when i look for...

Hi,I am working on an Inplace upgrade from AEM 6.1 to AEM 6.3. I ran all the pre upgrade checks and they went fine. Also i checked the Repository consistency check. It was fine. Also ran the offline compaction. Then ran the upgrade. The unpacking and migration both went fine. But when i started the server back up using the 6.3 jar. The server is not starting back up. i left the server over night and i only see over and over only one exception. i understand that it is reindexing, but it looks lik...

I just upgraded an instance from AEM 6.1 to AEM 6.3. I ran through the Preupgrade checks, the upgrade process and everything went fine. finally when i started the server back up it started reindexing and then it went into an infinite loop. Please find below the error log.21.12.2017 09:36:52.066 *INFO* [async-index-update-async] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.IndexUpdate Reindexing will be performed for following indexes: [/oak:index/slingeventJob, /oak:index/versionStoreIndex, /oak:inde...

Images should be processed in a workflow to create various renders & quality levels. Some event in the past introduced a change to the quality & render scheme which prevents all the renders. Some are created, some not. 1200px x 307 is one of the required renders for “hero banners” which are not rendered. The goal is to restore all necessary renders & image quality levels.

When adding 720px images to the DAM, activating them and then adding them to a product page, they are only available at 600px. fter attaching the image, previewing the page and then downloading the image, it downloads at 600px.Is this an issue with the DAM or the specific page itself. Anybody has any ideas
