I work for a federal government agency. We are looking into Adobe Experience Manager Forms as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Is Forms the best tool for CRM or is there another Adobe product that would work better? Also, does anyone know if any other federal agency uses Adobe Experience Manager Forms?
