@albinissac - /etc/map.publish is ok when you have minimum environment
but when we have many environment with different host it does not work.
An example in dev we have 50 nodes and each node has unique host name.
Hence the configuration would be too large in this case. So like to see
how we can leverage run-mode or other mean to inject at match i.e.
dev-001.abc.com/xxx whereas the dev-001 should be dynamic based on run
mode or something...
