Hi Adobe team,There use to be a place customers could see services offered by Engineering Services. I don't see this portal as available anymore (customers.adobe.com). Has this moved or been retired?Thank you,Tacia

We frequently update SAINT/Classifications. There is zero visibility into when a file was received and/or if it has finished processing. A log for SAINT files would be extremely helpful when troubleshooting. Otherwise I have to reach out to Customer Care.Thanks!Tacia

I just answered my own question - when logged into Target go to Setup > Implementation > Edit Mbox.js Settings. The Client at the top is the client code for your account.Cheers,Tacia

Hi!In the Target documentation here: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/target/target/t_mobile_enable_target_in_sdk.html there is a 'Client Code' that is referenced. When I log into mobilemarketing.adobe.com the 'Client Code' is blank for my app. Where can I get the client code for our app?Thanks!Tacia

Hello!Testing out a new implementation to Marketing Cloud ID service. Looking at the Adobe Analytics data feed, the visid_high & visid_low columns now show '0'. Testing on the page there is an mid and an aid. With MCID active, does the visid_high & visid_low column no longer populate? We aren't currently pulling in post_visid_type so it's difficult to pinpoint the exact reason.Thanks!Tacia
