Got it working by using the full path for the convert command of ImageMagick installtion directory "C:\Program Files\ImageMagick-6.8.9-Q16\convert.exe"

Hi Murali,Was this issue resolved? I am getting the same error (org.apache.commons.exec.ExecuteException: Process exited with an error: 4(Exit value: 4)) and not able to figure out the root cause.
