Hello,a lot of our orders are canceled. There we would like to remove them from Adobe Analytics. I am aware that it's possible to import canceled orders and create a new calculated metric of actual orders (see for example here Advanced Refund Analysis with Adobe Analytics)Is it in any way possible to delte canceled order in any way? Maybe by uploading "negative orders" to cancel out existing ones? Thanks for your help!Julian

Hi Hyder,Thanks for your reply! You asked me to share more information. Is there anything specific you can think of that might help to solve this riddle? I couldn't think of anything that I haven't already posted above.I just checked the funnel without the filter. Everything seems to work. I guess that's the problem here.ThanksJulian

Hi all,We are struggling with understanding the funnel reports of our checkout process. Our situation is as follows:- There are 4 steps in the funnel (4th = thank you page).- On the first step visititors decide which of our fews products they want to buy, i.e. on the second step Adobe Analytics "knows" the product. It's saved in evar44.- In order to look at the funnel by product, we use evar44 as a filter. See attached screenshot.- Events are searialized by user id.My question: How is the number...

warrensander, Thanks for the clarification! Also, I succesfully uploaded a "Generic Data Source" to overwrite a Counter Success Event. The text file I uploaded looked like this:Date v1: Time Stamp (Visit) E1: Error (Always)10/10/2016 1476115997615 -1We identified the Success Event to be deleted via a time stamp. As a result the "negative" events cancel out the "positive" events. So when you look at the event trended, zero events appear. Thanks for your suggestion.

Hi warrensander, You are writing "To delete the entire server call you would need adobe to impliment a 'delete this server call' type of a process." Is this something you have ever done? Or is this just something hypothetical? Thanks,Julian
