Hi - Does anyone have any recommendations for any 3rd party vendors or even adobe associated vendors who provide any tools to enhance the visualization of the data within workbench? Basically, we know the functionality of DWB is great, but we're realizing that the visual representation of the data is lacking a bit. Does anyone out there use or recommend any other vendors that offer help in this area? Thanks!

Hi Ryan,Unfortunately, we don't have the campaign tracking parameters included in the destination URLs. That's something we're going to do moving forward but for now, we don't and I was wondering if there were any other way. We don't actually use GA, I just have used it in the past and was able to tell (without the tracking parameters) whether the incoming traffic was from email or not (it would typically show the exchange server info if I remember correctly). Thanks,Tad

Hi Ryan, that worked, thank you! I built out the report in workspace and it did what I needed it to do.

Hi - So I'm in a custom conversion report (a document report with a segment applied) and I'm applying an entry path breakdown to each document. When I go to download the document, I'm only able to download the first page. Is there anyway to download all the pages in the report (or at least more than the first 5 entries)? I tried the advanced download options but there's no option to add in the amount of rows. I'm assuming this is because I applied a breakdown but is there any other way that I'm ...

Thanks Tanmay! I checked our internal filter list and sure enough, our parent company's domain was listed there. I went ahead and removed that so that should help. Can you tell me, without running an email campaign, we want to know whether or not users are coming to our site from links clicked in emails. We don't care what links or what emails, we just want to know if we're getting traffic to our site from links clicked in emails. I haven't been able to pull that in any of those reports you menti...

Hi - I'm hoping someone could help. We're using Reports and Analytics on our company intranet. Is there an available report within R&A that can tell me where a user is coming from when they first enter our site? I've tried the Referrers report but that doesn't seem to be giving us everything. For example, we want to know if people are first coming to the site through a link in an email, or from our main operating companies intranet since that is the default browser for IE for us or even from the...

Thanks for both of your help. I double checked that I followed what you mentioned and it still wasn't working. I finally realized that when adobe set up the FTP accounts for us, they named them incorrectly and I was trying to upload the conversion version of the report to the traffic ftp account and vise versa. It looks like it's working properly now. Thanks again!

Hi - I'm trying to use the classification importer to upload an updated lookup file into R&A. I've downloaded the template and used that to build out my file. Due to the file size, I have to use the FTP importer function instead of the browser. I'm able to connect and upload the appropriate files without a problem (I followed the steps on a previous post about uploading via the FTP method). However, I keep receiving an email that says "Import status, Error: Invalid Classifications". I've checked...
