No, Client Care was not able to find a solution. Later we redeployed it on the single marked RSID and monitored closely. It worked fine this time. Then we expanded it to other markets.

Hi Parit Thanks a lot for your reply. Actually, no. I was calling plugins from the AppMeasurement itself. And it stopped working. I managed to fix it by moving plugins and s.doPlugins into the Customise Page Code section. it seems to be working OK now. But I still don't understand why it didn't work in the initial set up as all plugins were configured inside the AppMeasurement code, so should be working fine with the local scope in this case.

DTM: plugins in the AppMeasurement library do to work

I set Library Management to 'Custom' as I wanted to add some plugins including a customised one. At some point I noticed that they stopped working. I resolved it this way: I ticked the box 'Set report suites using custom code below' and defined s_account inside the library. Surely, this is not the only way to make it work. How can I troubleshoot what is not working correctly? Ideally I'd like to have report suites defined in the DTM UI rather than in the AppMeasurement code. Thanks.

How to check if setCustomerID method is set up correctly

HiWe did a trial set up of setCustomerID for our site. However, when user logs in I can see it listed twice in the image request. When user logs out this parameter is missing. I would assume that as soon as user logs in this parameter becomes persistent like Marketing Cloud ID. I can see that in our case it works differently. Could you please tell me what needs to be corrected. Thanks.Alla

We are investigating how to set up customer attributes without DTM. Where do I call setCustomerID method - in the Marketing Cloud ID library? Somewhere else? visitor.setCustomerIDs({"userid":{"id":rs.web.digitalData.userId,"authState":Visitor.AuthState.AUTHENTICATED}, Where does the getCustomerID method called? Does anyone have experience to set it via Ensighten or can just explain how they did it without DTM? I looked into available documentation but there are lots of gaps on how to actually do...

I am attaching here anomaly detection report for visits and UVs. It clearly shows anomaly drop on 26 and 27 July 2016 for both metrics. We have Google Analytics country profiles, so we'd have to apply segments and it can be overcomplicated. The comparison between GA and Adobe clearly shows that difference in these metrics increased during 26-28 July 2016.

This is revenue and orders data. You can see that difference between Adobe and other data sources increased to 25% on the 26-28 July 2016. I sent it in the private message. Visits and UVs to follow.

Hi TaciaCustomer attributes was activated weeks before the 26th but ID’s were matched as of the 25th/26th (the backfill will have done this) but I didn’t get a confirmation email from client care to say it had been done so I don’t know when exactly the backfill took place. We deactivated it at 8:30 Friday morning. ThanksAlla

Hi SethWe got drop in visits, unique visitors, orders and revenues. Page views drop also happened but it was less. I know this from the comparison with GA which runs in parallel and back end (in regards to orders and revenue). Normally we have discrepancy about 5-7%. After Customer Attributes went live the discrepancy increased to 25-30%. When we switched Customer Attributes off all metrics went back to normal within two hours. Therefore we are trying to investigate what in Customer Attributes a...

Hi TaciaThanks for your reply. We did implement Marketing Cloud ID service and we implemented it well before the Customer Attributes. As for the Customer Attributes we didn't use setCustomerID in the visitorID code. Adobe consultant who did it for us used existing eVar and enabled it on the Adobe backend (unfortunately I didn't have a visibility of the process and something definitely went wrong). At the moment we are trying to figure out what went wrong before enabling Customer Attributes again...

HiWe tried to implement Customer Attributes on our site. As a basis we used Customer ID passed in the eVar. As far as I know we didn't update VisitorAPI.js with setCustomerId method on our side (and were not requested to do so by Adobe.).As a result we got a partial success but also a significant (up to 25%) traffic loss which we identified with Google Analytics trends. After we switched it off our traffic got back to normal. Does anyone know what we need to troubleshoot to avoid this happening ...

Hi guysI just wanted to clarify about the best placement of the data layer for DTM.If Ensighten should have data layer placed above the Ensighten tag, data layer for DTM should be placed in between the code snippets. I can hardly imagine any other place as fist DTM code snippet is placed in the section. Am I right?

"Hence , you can't pass event data like you mentioned above in your post. The only parameter you can pass is condition string."How to create a condition string in the code I am passing? This was my question. _satellite.track() references the string from the code added to the interaction. Hence, if I am passing an object in the function would it be an object name? I can't see your screenshots at all. They are too small. Could you please make them bigger. Otherwise they are not useful at all.

When user changes password on my site he/she comes back to the Account Overview page. The only difference is the added snippet of the code which looks like: Your new password has been savedGreat. I need to change page name to call it "Password Changed" instead of "Account Overview" in this case. So, I've created a data element based on div#CommonProfileManagementSaveNotification and in the drop down menu chose "class". I have a business requirement: when user edits their account details capture the fields in the form that have been changed. So, we have the original values of the fields and when user clicks "submit" they should be compared to the new values. if value changed we create a variable with value, e.g. "email changed". Then we combine them into string and map to eVar. The code looks like that:var oldMobileNo = document.getElementById('mobileNumber').value; var oldAnotherNo = document.getElementById('a...
