My small company has about 4 dynamic forms created in LiveCycle Designer ES 8.2. The form is filled in-house and then locked down prior to attaching to an email so the client can date, sign, and email back. It was recently discovered that these forms cannot be viewed via an internet browser nor opened on a mobile device. If the end-user saves the PDF attachment to the desktop/laptop first and then opens, the form will display properly in Acrobat Reader. If I understand what I have read most, if n...

I am a newbie to writting FormCalc. I am creating a timesheet for a workplace using LiveCycle ES 8.2. I read all the forum posts I could finding regarding calculating time. I have tried to tweak Radzmar sample found at http://forums.adobe.com/message/4893555#4893555 with no luck. I assume he is not apart of these forums since there was no reply to post there.I have 6 fields for each weekday - in & out times for morning, afternoon, and overtime. Hi Radzmar!I am a newbie to writting FormCalc. I have tried to tweak your sample to fit my needs with no luck.I have 6 fields for each weekday - in & out times for morning, afternoon, and overtime. I haven't even attempted to look at how overtime is calculated. Right now I am just trying to get the hours calculated for morning and afternoon minus the lunch break. I have attached a link to my feeble attempt in the hopes you could look at it.http://www.whitetailsunlimited.com/i/p/TimeSheet20121203...

Hi Laura -I can actually answer a question! I am a novice so I am usually asking the question I got this to work on my flowable form by placing on the Master Page a text field. In the field I typed "Page", then went to Insert > Current Page Number, typed "of", then Insert > Number of Pages. It looks like this ... Page # of ##.Hope I have helped!CJ

Nuts...that didn't work Still crashes when trying to change Field Type of Object or add an object. I am pretty sure I have gotten all the necessary updates for the Adobe products, Microsoft Office, and Windows. Any other thoughts besides upgrading Designer to ver. 9?CJ

I have a dynamic form that keeps crashing LiveCycle Designer when I try to change the Field Type of any object or try to add an object to the form. I receive the following errors in this order:This doesn't happen with any other form. Is this file corpurt and I have to start from scratch. Or is there a way to fix it? I am running LiveCycle Designer 8.2.1.4 on Windows XP sp3. I upgraded from CS3 to CS5 Premium mid-Jan 2011. But I don't think that is the issue since this is my only form crashing. I...
