Hey Filipa, as I understand from our developers, in theory you may be able to change your site's overall HTTP or HTTPS rules to send or receive information. There are inherent security pros & cons though with the options. Definitely talk to a developer really working at the very root of your site.

I chatted at length with ClientCare about this!Adobe uses a third party that takes User Agent strings and classifies them in to Tablet, Mobile Phone, Other, etc. In fact the help docs say it could be a while for these to be updated (though it doesn't mention the third party name)Both "Device Type" and "Devices" (under the Mobile folder) are based on User Agents, and are most appropriate for websites/browsers, NOT appsThe SDK world for apps (and the Mobile App folder dimensions) include the Devic...

Did anything change on your site so that you are firing additional metrics on or soon after page load that would change your current-day bounces? with or without page reloads?

We saw an increase at the exact same time!! We been thinking it was/is:some https -> http or http -> https (we've almost complete moving most of our site over to SSL) confusionFacebook apps traffic (since then FB has seem to improved sending their referrer info)Other apps traffic --> phone browsersOur other system, Chartbeat, saw a similar increase at the same time. (They call their unknown referrer 'email/apps/IM'). I'm interested to hear that you saw a change at the same time too!!Good summary...

I've only used Bloodhound on a Mac before, but I was tired of going back and forth between a team-shared Mac and my PC laptop. So I'm attempting Windows Bloodhound while very familiar in general with how to download, set up, etc. (I downloaded from GitHub: https://github.com/Adobe-Marketing-Cloud/mobile-services/releases/tag/Bloodhound-v2.2-Win)Please see attached for the two error messages I'm getting when trying to connect go to the proxy IP address via browser on both iOS (iPhone 6 on iOS 8.2...

Sometimes sparklines appear in my scheduled reports, sometimes they don't. What's up with that? I don't change anything to the file on days when they don't show up vs. when they do. It seems totally random. Do some processing Excel -> PDF systems on Adobe's servers like... not have the most up-to-date Excel? So they can't produce sparklines?

+1!!!! We have used dates from cell for a long time. However, we started running in to issues where the Excel time zone on Adobe's servers were sometimes on a different "today" than our report suite's timezone's "today."CC recommended that we not use dates from cell to prevent this from happening. But then there is no good way to report on month to date, year to date, etc.

Agree agree. It's easy to solve this in Report Builder using date functions in Excel, but then Client Care recommended to me that I shouldn't use dates from cell for scheduled reports, just in case my report suite time zone and where my report is scheduled on Adobe's time zone do not match up. So I definitely need a reliable rolling:- this month-to-date- last month-to-date- last year month-to-date

Yes yes please! Chartbeat now identifies this userAgent containing "FB" as the Facebook app. Would love to identify this in referrers and referrer type reports as well.
