Hi All,We are facing similar error on our Sling servlet hosted on AEM6.3. The Servlet is invoked to submit an information in POST body and sometime the below exceptions is thrown and our request is lost (we are reading the stream from the Post body from the request). We tried to set longer timeouts both at servlet and client, but this does not helps and the error pops up often. (we checked with out networking team as well, whether there are abrupt connection closure happening, but the response is...

Thanks.I want to use Portal UI to present content editing options , both on Portal (which I can do using Portal Director Toolbar ) and on the AEM instance. Basically I want to achieve the purpose of the current PIN handler. Thanks.

Hi,I am trying to work with the CQ PIN Authenticator as per instructions given @http://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/current/administering/cq_as_portal.htmlThe OSGi console shows this bundle as DEPRECATED and the description says " PLEASE NOTE: for security reasons this handler has been deprecated and should no longer be used."Is there an alternate PIN handler available in 5.6.1 or is this feature totally deprecated now ?Thanks.

Thanks. 1. One issue that I could get past was to change the objectClass of the the LDAP groups from groupOfNames to groupOfUniqueNames. That triggered the LDAPEntryResolver to recognize the LDAP group. { Why is that ?? }2. After that when I login , strangely, the group is still not created , but if I open the user , I can see the group name under the Groups tab !!Here are the detailed logs :{ user: kapil.shekhar.raina , group : portaladministrators }14.01.2014 22:53:51.947 *DEBUG* [0:0:0:0:0:0:...

Hi.Q1: I am using LDAP as a user repository and I have hooked it with an LDAP server. When I login to AEM using LDAP user , the user gets autocreated on AEM, but the groups are not created. Here are the details :ldap_confcom.day.crx{ com.day.crx.core.CRXLoginModule sufficient; com.day.crx.security.ldap.LDAPLoginModule required principal_provider.class="com.day.crx.security.ldap.principals.LDAPPrincipalProvider" host="127.0.0.1" port="389" secure="false" authDn="cn=Manager,dc=maxcrc,dc=com" authP...

Thanks. I checked this link and also https://dev.day.com/docs/en/cq/5-6/howto/taglib.htmlThis is all about using the taglibs in the AEM built pages itself. My requirement is this :I am using AEM Portal Director to pull the content on a Portal application. Site is developed in Websphere Portal and it uses the AEM content portlet to pull the content from a configured instance of AEM.There is also a requirement to mix the AEM content ( like legal text, terms and conditions etc) "within" and existing...

Hello,I know there is a Portal Director that enables to use a AEM Content portlet that enables pull of content from the AEM repository. There is also a requirement that need to enable pulling the content in-line , within an existing transactional portlet. It is like a portlet content spot , not a full-blown portlet. Is there an offering like this with AEM now ? Like a taglib or a service ? Regards
