I think this new model is a horrible idea. I have just started coming across this issue with my account and it's becoming a headache. I send proof to my clients maybe for about a month's time period and then not again until the following year. I may use about 20 proofs per user and it doesn't warran...

I am glad I am not the only one experiencing this issue. This is getting annoying and truly hope they fix this issue.
