Hi Colinthank you for your answer. I had the Support team on call and that's what we did:Re-encode the video and package the artwork to make sure everything was linked properly.

Hi,Can you help me find out why I meet the error message below when I try upload my .article, please? Deadline is tomorrow morning at the client.File is built in InDesign, has a video inserted.I've already tried without the video and in that case the upload works.I also tried to check the manifest.xml but when I zip and unzip it's creating a .cpgz file and it's impossible to access the manifest.xml)Thankyou,Sophie

Hi, that's what I have done and the important delay is coming from that solution Could Adobe add a way to hide the banner? or make the other solution quicker?

Hi,It is separate HTML pages working with the navto:// but every pages aretaking ages to load using this solution. When linking them withsrc="url-in-same-folder" it's faster but adds the 'Done' banner. My problem is the client wants it to be fast but doesn't want the 'Done'banner. Is there a way to deactivate the 'Done' banner or make it quicker?I need to know asap as the deadline for this project is today Sophie*Sophie Auzuret *Technical Services executive

Hi all,Is there a way to force the video to play in a dedicated space in my page instead of having it automatically play full screen? At the moment, when I press Play it launches itself full screen but my client wants it to stay in a small space so users can still view the content below the video. If I try to reduce the video, it stops playing. Here is the code for my video: XXX I have some css in it but it's only positioning and sizing in.Also, iOS is automaticcaly placing a "Play" button on top...

I just tried to put a few html pages as different articles instead of all in only one article and it seems to work but I now have delay to download the pages at the first opening. Knowing my client, I'm 100% they will complain about that too Is there another way to proceed, please?

I used Edge Reflow for that creation. I uploaded the package with all content and this "icon" file wasn't in the 'img' folder before I created the article. It's only visible once I unzip the .article The last screenshot might show you better than my words (left is the folder packaged after Edge Reflow work, right is after unzipping the .article), I also add a screenshot of the line in the Manifest file.Sophie

Hey,Looks like when I package the HTML it creates a "Icon" file - without extension, in the "img" folder. The manifest file seems to be looking for it.Do you have some idea about the origin of this file? And do you think it could cause the IN011 failure message?Thank you,
