Re: Setting OSGi config for LinkInfoStorageImpl via source package does not work - Adobe Experience Manager 18-04-2016
Just sharing my findings here. This happens only if the @property SRC annotation uses "intValue".It may simply be not supported at the Sling level with the Jcr Installer not supporting all types (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLING-2477) ?There are several options I could think of that I will explore:1) left out the integer values from the xml config file and let the default be use for these. Luckily, I don't need to override the default for these attributes. @smacdonald2008, does that so...

Re: Setting OSGi config for LinkInfoStorageImpl via source package does not work - Adobe Experience Manager 18-04-2016
Running into the same issue with Adobe Granite Workflow Service! (com.adobe.granite.workflow.core.WorkflowSessionFactory)Either "cq.workflow.job.retry" or "granite.workflow.inboxQuerySize" require to be set as integers but any attempt to use {Long} would end up with the same error described abovejava.lang.ClassCastException: java.lang.Long cannot be cast to java.lang.IntegerIn my case and on AEM 6.1 , it will actually completely break the touch UI by throwing a 500 response in the JS console...I...

Re: Visibility of workflow instance for service account using resourceResolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver() - Adobe Experience Manager 15-04-2016
I was poking around on this forum and found that issue that seems to be somehow relatedQuick update: as mentioned in this similar issue, if I add my service account to the administrators group, it works and it is able to see the workflow instances. Obviously, that is not what should be done but I felt it was a valuable information to this issue. It definitely seems like a permission issue but some help on figuring out what has to be granted where would be greatly appreciated. 😉Thanks!

Visibility of workflow instance for service account using resourceResolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver() - Adobe Experience Manager 15-04-2016
Hi community,I am having an issue with the visibility my service account has on running workflow instances.I am trying to write a scheduler that will check for running content approval workflows being idle for more than x days and notify their initiator. This is on AEM 6.1 so I am using resourceResolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver(p). I've created a system user and mapped it with a service name and my bundle id in the Sling Service User Mapping amendment config. So far all good, my code gets...

Re: Target content based on user profile – Personalization - Adobe Experience Manager 15-10-2015
Hi Anderson,You are on the right path 😉The key here is to edit the profile data store in the client context to add your new property. On an author instance, open the client context from the sidekick and click on its little pen on the top left corner. You will then be able to add different components or edit some of the existing ones. Not sure how yo added your role property but if you just edit the profiledata contextstore component on top of the clientcontext, you should be able to add your pro...
