Only 2 likes? This is such a basic feature that is missing when you are administrating the workflow templates.Also it would make maintenance so much easier as you would not need to update several workflows adding/removing people you would just need to edit the Groups/Teams...

Yeah, same problem here. Also when I create a proof and initiate an automated WF where I am an approver in stage 3 for example then I am removed from an approver group on Stage 3. I can only approve in the first stage as proof creator 
