Yes, it's indeed due to the popup. When I try to open the PPT, there's a privacy popup. Once I closed it and made the request again, it worked. Thanks

I appreciate the quick reply! PowerPoint is activated properly Just to clarify, when you mention "deactivating popups," I'm not entirely sure what you mean. Are you referring to something like on options ->  ScreenTip style -> Don’t show ScreenTips ?
