Update: the accounts I deactivated yesterday from Workfront are still deactivated, but within the console still shows the product against their name. Does this count as an active license? Thanks

Right, I'll look out for that. It quite deceptive as it's not telling the story of each individuals actions. I think only the overall proofs status should move up when the minimum requirements are made.Thanks

Hi Community,I have a proof where two of the users have marked the stage as not relevant to them, but their proof status shows that they've commented, which they haven't. Is that normal? I've never noticed that before. Thanks! 

Its 3 years later and still no Report entry date to add see. I've seen many other post and ideas closed due to inactivity on the same subject.

Yes, we have the same when we add them to Azure, but in these cases they are brand new contacts to us and only in WF.

That makes sense and so far they haven't come back with errors so assume it works. And if that's happening to others, then it must be normal. ThanksMatt
