We have a proof in progress. The content owner added 4 comments to the proof but this orange icon with the comment bubble is indicating there are 15. Can anyone explain this to me? TIA!!    

Has anyone found a way to link to related issues (similar to creating a predecessor on tasks between two projects)?

Agree. I'm looking for a way to do this with issues. For tasks, there is a predecessor option and you can relate the tasks between projects, too. I love that. Need the same functionality for issues, though.
