The only way to hide this would be through a layout template on the project. Do both system admins have the same layout template applied?

@MennoLa - are you only trying to accomplish this in a view or report? Or do you want it to populate somewhere else (like on a custom form)?

Agree with Katherine. Put in a support ticket. You have to "lock" a status before you deleted for it to be removed completely from the database.
