Not sure if it would show but did you look in the recycle bin to see if anything is there?  Then you'd know at least who was deleting things?

Description -Why is this feature important to you - Easier to see at a glance if we can "show all" in the widget.How would you like the feature to work - Just like how you can choose to see 10, 25, 50, or ALL.Current Behaviour - You can only view five before having to toggle to the next page(s).
