I have downloaded the 6.5.14 service pack while uploading i am getting this error Error Inaccessible value  

1.i can see in installed state (not sure how to keep it in active)2.AEM 6.5.03. yes both mvn clean install andmvn clean install -PautoInstallPackage build successful it would be so helpfull if we can have a quick call ?Regards,Nikhil Ganta.  

yes i have run the mvn CI after the the mvn command

The command you have given worked really good later on i got up with this errorCould you please help out here? 

no i haven't tried any unit test 

 getting this error while running the mvn clean install command in terminal.
