We're in a similar situation, we're noticing tasks "fall off" of boards.  But this is a very interesting question and I think it might be related.  I'd love to hear the recommendations based on your question @OliviaCl

@jon_chen  We're looking for this solution as well!  Board filters that are flexible would help us a lot.  I can't find whether or not this has been implemented, or what the status might be?  Anybody know?  Thanks!

We're also working with users' calendars and we're having trouble figuring out how they can block off more than one block on one day.  Right now we are running in to a limit the system is only allowing users to add one timeblock per day to their calendars, and we would like it to be more granular.  ...

Right now we don't have the ability to pin Boards to the top navigation area.  We'd like to set up our layout templates for all of our users to show Boards as a pin on everybody's top navigation area.  We plan to do a lot of our work using Boards, but can't pin it, currently.
