  • Hi Leslie, I think you are on the right track with one company rate card per client tier. Another point you might want to consider: How do you want to manage updates to your rate cards? For minor updates like adding a new role, do you want the new rate to automatically sync to all your projects? Sho...

  • Hi Greg, The new resource planner has a month view option that could help you get what you need if you are comfortable with excel. You would need to export the resource planner data using the everything/raw settings. If you delete all the rows that do not have all the data points (so only keep rows ...

  • Hi Marius, The new resource planner has a week view option, is there a reason this does not work for your team? I would also encourage you to vote for my related feature request to add assigned hours as a reporting object: https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014275094-Create-As...

  • Hoping to see this updated to consistently use the same keyboard command through out the product. Either tab or enter work, but switching between the two is odd. Karen Marck Wunderman Worldwide

  • Hi Corinna, It depends on which elements of the scheduling tab you need to put in your report. You might be able to get what you need by creating an Assignment report that contains total hours, start dates and end dates for each assignment (The hours specifically assigned to each user/role on a task...

  • Great work and thank you for sharing all the files! Here is the link to the Idea Exchange post for those who have not yet upvoted. It is now marked as Not Planned, but I'm sure additional votes cannot hurt. https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115001153588-Populate-empty-profile-pi...

We use companies to assign rate cards to our projects. These companies each belong to certain groups, and we would like the corresponding group admin to be able to edit their companies' billing rates. Currently only a system admin can edit billing rates and it is less efficient than allowing group a...

  • Voted for both. @Dagmara Garwell and anyone else voting right now, I have a request similar to yours that needs votes: The ability to report on future/assigned hours for forecasting. https://support.workfront.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360014275094-Create-Assigned-Hours-as-a-Reporting-Object-to-Im...

Sometimes a user is behind on managing their project. If the project is ready to close they should not have to close all tasks. Instead, create a system level option to allow users to close all tasks by closing project. If this setting is turned on, when users try to close a project that has open ta...

Front end names should all be given a back end ID number. The ID number should then be used for Fusion calls (and API calls), so that changes to the custom field front end name do not impact the call. Currently, any changes to a custom field name break any corresponding API or Fusion calls.
