We built it ourselves utilizing Workfront's APIs and other technologies such as Amazon Web Services.

We’ve built our own form that integrates to Workfront using their APIs. The form is a custom built JavaScript web app. Rather than create new requests, it creates projects directly. I’m sure you can tie yours in to requests directly and create new requests from the custom UI.

We're looking for bulk proofing functionality as well.

Upvoted. The lack of detail and workability in "ProofHQ" is unacceptable and sadly a little useless right now. Hope this gets implemented.

We'd like to request this as well. Currently, our workflow is to download and reupload the all the downloaded docs into one proof. However, on a day where our people have to scour through multiple projects, this does take up a lot of time.
