Hi @jachlt ,   Have you tried adjusting your 'Typical Hours per Work Day' for the assigned Group to the project? Project Preferences > Timelines > Typical Work Hours to 9 Hours instead of 8? We have had some teams adjust this setting to '9' to account for lunch breaks, etc.
