This would be beneficial for our organization as well. We are struggling to find the right balance of what should be a Task and this would help tremendously. It would benefit the project team in myriad ways: tracking small items without adding overhead, training, out of office coverage, and eliminat...

  • Hi Elysia, Try "Planned Due Date is Less Than $$TODAY" - that should do the trick! (It's really weird to think of dates that way, but less than = before and greater than = after in Workfront in relation to dates.) Molly Privratsky Trendline Interactive

  • This would be very helpful for us as well! The Home page for most folks is unusable because of past approvals and tasks that aren't closed out. Molly Privratsky , VP, Operations, Trendline Interactive O C W

  • Hi Leslie, I think that is a good approach. Another way you could approach it would be to set up Project Templates for each client tier and pre-fill the billing rates on those, if you wanted to streamline your Company setup. You don't have to create tasks or anything else for the template if you don...

It would be great to customize what the Summary view looks like. For example, when a report is created that shows the sum of hours in an Hours report, an extraneous "Count" column is added that shows the number of entries. This column is meaningless, but it can't be removed.

The ability to create calculated fields within reports (to manipulate the data that populates a report) would be great as well. For example, being able to pull a report of users' hours logged and then divide them by 8 to see hours/day represented in the report.

This would be great for us as well - we need to see vacation requests (set up as Issues) and tasks within our gmail calendar. This is a huge pain point because it creates extra manual effort to post in Workfront and on our gmail calendar, and it creates confusion with multiple sources of truth.
