Using Fusion to update newly provisioned user profiles with Company and custom form? - Workfront 07-10-2021
We have SSO and auto-provisioning set up (mapping first name, last name and email address with AD attributes). I'm hoping to set up a Fusion scenario that applies the company and a custom form to the user profile on a daily basis. Has anyone else setup something similar that you'd be willing to share about?

Enabling new experience for auto-provisioned user accounts - Workfront 12-01-2021
With respect to user account management, when SSO & Auto-provisioning is enabled - currently newly provisioned user accounts must be manually enrolled in the new experience.It would be helpful to have a setting that would allow all new users to be auto-enrolled with the new experience upon account creation.

I'd like to track enrollment to the NE over time, for example a weekly or monthly progression in order to trend the adoption of our 2000+ users. We have a discrete set of users (groups) that are transitioning but that accounts for approx. half our user base. We have also offered the option to the seldom users to enroll without much response rate. Have you heard of anything like that available?

Add Subscription option to https://experience.workfront.com/s/new-workfront-experience - Workfront 10-01-2020
During the development of materials and content supporting the New Experience, as new materials are uploaded to the website for customers, it would be valuable to have some sort of subscription or "follow" capability to indicate to customers that new content is available. In addition, some sort of "update" feed on the home page to link to the new content. Otherwise, customers need to peruse the whole site in order to find new content.

SSO & Email notification links misdirecting users - Workfront 30-01-2018
when users receive email notifications from Workfront, if their session has expired and they click on a link to a Workfront work object, they're first taken to the SSO page, then redirected to their landing page (My Work or layout template) instead of the work object. We had a couple of issues using SSO; one resolved, the other still an irritation Auto-provisioning users with alternative access level - base on our use case we needed users auto-provisioned at the "reviewer" access, as opposed to the default "requestor". It took a handful of contacts @ Workfront to get the right expertise - but we were able to get rules in the setup area and adjustments to our active directory in place to make it happen.
