Hello Maria,This has actually always been locked down so that only the
user who created the comment would be able to delete it, even at the
system admin level. More information on this can be found in this
article under the 'Delete an update or reply' heading. If the user who
made the comment is not able to delete the comment and their access
level allows them to, then please open a support case and we can take a
closer look at this.Hope this helps explain the behavior.
Hello Kathleen,This appears to be tied to browser cache. We had one
other report of this happening and clearing cache and cookies resolved
the issue. Will you please have your users seeing this behavior clear
their cache and cookies if they are still seeing this behavior today? If
this behavior persists please open a Support Case and we can take a
closer look at this.
Ok, now I understand better the scenario. There is not going to be a way
to do an OR with the prompts so that the user will be able to enter the
name of the team OR assigned user. This is only going to be possible
through a custom prompt where the values for the fields are static, like
my example above. I am not sure of the end goal of the report but if the
report is being utilized for users to find work that apply to them it
may be possible to utilize wildcards in the filter of the report to
