Re: I am trying to filter a Task report by the queue topic on the issue that was converted into the project the task lives on. - Workfront 07-02-2022
Tracy, try changing the "ID" in your qualifier or _Mod line to be ":name" as well.Ex: convertedOpTask:queueTopic:name=ABCDEFconvertedOpTask:queueTopic:name_Mod=in convertedOpTask:queueTopic:name=ABCDEFconvertedOpTask:queueTopic:name_Mod=cicontains

Update "Create Team" option in Teams area - Workfront 09-08-2021
While teaching boot camps we've noticed frustration of labeling and designating in the Team area when creating a new team. If you navigate to the team area and click on the team dropdown there is the option of "Create Team" which is how someone that's not an admin but has those permissions would create a new team. The issue with the display here is that there isn't anything designating this as an action and it just looks like any other team called the Create Team or something like that.I suggest...

Re: Can I hide or move built in reports? - Workfront 22-07-2021
There is a "Global ID" field that is filled in only for the system default reports. If you filter for Global ID > Is Blank then you'll not see any of them! -Trevor

Re: Queues Should Be A Standalone Feature - Workfront 27-01-2021
I understand that the structure exists how it does for organizational purposes. That being said, I like the intention behind this. I think if there were to be a toggle in the queue that's an "Admins/Group Admins only can delete" or something like that it would be a great idea!Ways we've found to work towards preventing this issue (From the WF Training Team):Put one single Task on the Project that is named something like: "DO NOT DELETE! - THIS IS A REQUEST QUEUE!!!"Create a Project Status called...

Re: Wishes for Workfront Wednesday: Did you know? - Workfront 10-07-2019
Hey Sharon, I think the dates you'll want to look at in this case is Actual Completion Date which will only display if something has been marked as "Complete" or its equivalent. I would add the Actual Completion Date to your Views (Column) area of Reports and Lists to show that it is still open and hasn't actually been completed. Planned and Projected dates will still be part of the data on the object just based on how it's set up. Trevor A Pierce Training Specialist Workfront

Re: It's Workfront Wednesday! This week covers sending messages to your users with the Announcement Center! - Workfront 09-07-2019
Hey Christina, There isn't a way to pull a report to find out who has what enabled but you can bulk edit your users so that everything you want is enabled for them. If you do go through and bulk edit your users, I would recommend sending a notification letting your users know you did that so that if they don't want it enabled, they can speak with you about why they don't. Let me know if this answers your question and if you have any follow-ups! Have a great day, Trevor Pierce Workfront

Re: Wishes for Workfront Wednesday: Did you know? - Workfront 24-06-2019
Great topic @Katherine Haven ! Are you looking more at what each notification means or more of an overview of how individual users can see, set up, and interpret their notifications? Or both I guess. What would be most beneficial related to this? Same question for you @Tammie Bouchard Trevor Pierce Workfront
