Hi @NuriaMunguia,   you can use the system updates on the issue to keep track of the custom form removel. For this you have to activate the field "category ID" for auditing.   Go to "Setup" -> open "Interface" -> click on "Update Feeds" -> click on "Add Fields" -> select "Issue" -> add "Category ID"...
