    I'm not kidding when I say Every. Single. Client. has wanted to either delete, change or move the "Subject" box - at the very least, Workfront needs this label to be adjusted to meet the client's needs.

    Let's add the Cluster number to System > Customer Info section. It's not efficient to have to email the Workfront AE, who may or may not be responsive, to get this.

    Every client I've ever worked with has asked for the ability to print custom forms, both before they're completed, and after. A download to PDF option would be a great functional improvement.

    Agreed. I've worked with clients where we have dropdowns with 10s and hundreds of options, and they need that field 5 times. We've handled with a kick-start, but that's cumbersome and tricky too. It would be extremely beneficial to have a copy function.

  • I would expand this idea to be able to print any custom form, be it task-based or project-based. As stated above, creating a report is not user or visually friendly.
