Could you use the Integrated Campaign project blueprint to create an
overall Artwork Production & Approval project, and use the issue/request
process in the blueprint to input an issue for each sku then convert the
issue to the 5-6 step project template? If you have Fusion you could
attach a custom form to trigger all the issues to be converted to
projects using the 5-6 step project template. With each SKU being
attached to an issue should be able to do reporting on anything. My
thoughts at leas...
CeCe,If you assign tasks in the project to the agile team (instead of
job role or individual name) they will show up on the Kanban. I guess
the PM would still need to assign the team in the task unless the
assignment can be put into the project template. Not sure I helped much
Thanks, Christa. Your follow-up email about the landing pages in Sheets
and putting them on dashboard resolved my overall question, this is a
great idea that I'm going to copy! Kurt Jones, PMP | Manager, Marketing

Hi Christa,How did you guys create those landing pages in WF, those are
slick and my users would benefit greatly from something like this,
especially for onboarding and directing to reporting? Are they a series
of report types used to make the colors/boxes then placed on a
dashboard? I'd love to meet for 30 mins to learn more how this was done,
your team is amazing!
Hi Kellie,My users wanted a checklist type item they could use and tick
off as they learned about our two main systems that need to use which is
Workfront and Brandfolder (DAM). Managers wanted timeframes to get an
idea of how long the training my take and below is what we now have.
Feel free to use it if its helpful, our new users are liking it and
going through the training videos to learn more.
I would add to this the ability to select and email out multiple docs to
a user. The share function today just gives them access to view. The use
case is you want a Product Manager to review a guide and a flyer created
for their project, you'd like to send both to them for review. I would
also add the ability to select multiple documents with the ability to
assign an approver to review/approve both documents.
If you have a lot of approvals to review and check, each time that you
click approve on a task you get a pop-up that says Success! then you
have to click an X to close that box. Remove the pop-up notification of
Success! and the need to close it.
I'm pretty sure we have many folks copying old projects which subverts
some of the processes we have in place from request through to project
conversion (and the custom forms connected). I know with 21.1 we can
turn that off, so I'm debating that, but I was trying to see how
prevalent it was first.
Looking to gather information on if anyone has ever done a Workfront
integration with Red Oak software (they do compliance services on
content). If so, please reach out as I would like to have a quick
