CeCe,If you assign tasks in the project to the agile team (instead of job role or individual name) they will show up on the Kanban. I guess the PM would still need to assign the team in the task unless the assignment can be put into the project template. Not sure I helped much 

If you have a lot of approvals to review and check, each time that you click approve on a task you get a pop-up that says Success! then you have to click an X to close that box. Remove the pop-up notification of Success! and the need to close it.

I'm pretty sure we have many folks copying old projects which subverts some of the processes we have in place from request through to project conversion (and the custom forms connected).
