We have a project creation and update scenario built on opportunity
stage changes, to keep WF projects and opps in sync. Most of the modules
work well. The only trouble spot is defining how to equate user data
between the two systems. We currently use an employee ID field match
between both systems ...
We are exploring opportunities to define some agile teams in our org as
well. Our need is driven by shared work where team members pickup work
started by others - managing marketing lists for example. The whole team
gets the assignment, and whoever clicks work on it first moves it from
the backlog o...
Yes! Every time we train new managers, they see the Delegate My
Approvals option on the home screen and the time-off calendar, and
assume it includes timesheet approvals. Current state is mis-leading
from a user experience perspective.*One note - as a manager, you are

We currently have log time to future dates turned on in timesheet
preferences, but leadership is asking that to be turned off, with the

We love the new edit allocation feature in the Workload balancer. It
would be even cooler if actual hours already logged could be shown, or
related to adjusting allocations. For example, if a task has 20 planned
hours, and 5 actual hours were logged on the first day of the task, then
the allocation f...
Yes! Having a way to manage job role visibility within one instance is a
must. We are onboarding our EMEA office into our instance, and their job
roles, with rates adjusted for currency calculations, should be able to
be separated from other roles in the system.
Currently, Work license holders only have View access to calendars
created by Plan users. Allowing Contribute access to calendars for Work
license holders would allow them to add ad-hoc items to a calendar, like
travel, or non-time-off related out of office info. Currently, shared
Google calendars a...
