I am facing a similar issue. i have the service pack 13 and forms pack installed. 

Is it possible to change a checkbox value from 0 to 1 and then from 1 to 0? I am trying to capture the checkbox value change here but its not working out. The newText ti changing to null if box if unchecked. Any help would be appreciated.
