Hey @georhe6  I was recently trying RDEs and was getting the same 403 when trying install or status command.My issue got resolved once i have intalled the cloud manager plugin  aio plugins:install @adobe/aio-cli-plugin-cloudmanager Can you check if this is installed. thanksAshish Mittal
