We are currently facing the same issue. We are setting the link clicks element for the XDM schema as 1 for link clicks and the page views element as 1 for page views.   

While migrating from GA to Adobe Analytics, lack of regex support within AA was frustrating and disappointing. While there's a way to replicate the logic, missing regex is still a concern.
