Hi Stuart, I hope you are doing well. The Fusion team is working on an app connector for Workday, it's expected for release this summer. That said, some Fusion users are already using Workday in their Fusion scenarios using Workday's Reporting as a Service capability. This article describes how to use Workday's RaaS to get data from Workday. I suggest taking a look to see if it will meet your needs.

Hello Howard and Kiersten We've seen a few of these errors over the past week or so. Our engineering team is investigating. The error itself is an intermittent SSL issue between Workfront services. It's possible that this will occur until a permanent resolution is determined. Please contact support if the issue persists longer than ~ 10 minutes. Hello Howard, I hope you are doing well. It's unlikely you are doing anything wrong. I suggest approaching this as a support issue if a scenario is reject more than once. Please include a link to the scenario and indicate if it is active or one you are currently building so that our support team can prioritize appropriately.

This may be something our native integration team looks at more deeply but I wanted to let you know that it is likely that this type of integration could already be accomplished using Workfront Fusion. You can take a text value (that is not an array and add it to an emptyarray. I've attached a working example blueprint for converting to an array always.
