input forms for service & subscriptions can not be located - Adobe Campaign Classic

I am extending the nms:service schema with a few elements, and wish to include them in the service input form as well, but I am not able to locate any of the forms associated with service & subscriptions. For reference, the form has 3 tabs; "Dashboard", "Edit", and "Subscriptions", and I am primarily looking for the "edit" one. Any tips are very welcome!

Hello Saya2828What I would do i set up three inputs; 1 preference (select or combo-box), 1 email (text) and 1 telephone (number), and set the visibility condition on email input to be that preference must be = "email", and for telephone, the visibility condition that preference = "telephone", or what ever values you choose to have as options for the preference input. Hi Deb, thank you for your input. I only have admin access rights to the client and not to the server i am afraid. Do you have any tips or workaround for using custom content data in a workflow queries would be much appreciated, thank you.

I'm not sure I am looking right; I find the Schema switch to "Data" tab and see funcList (xtk) and hive (nms). I configure list to show "Entity Content", but this column remain blank for both items. I have admin priveliges but maybe I need something more? Using custom content data in a workflow should be simple, right? How would you go about if you do not mind I ask.

When building your own content schema, you can not use the custom elements or attributes in the WF query editor. Elements appear in the list to the left, but either way you add them - by clicking or writing [element/@attribute] it results in an error (see suject line). My apologies, I wrote wrong when copying the code. You are right id={ids[i]} it should be, but the problem with the removed child remains. It is still included in the content after save. I have made a workaround to clear data from each child before saving, so the child is not rendered in the template. But still annoying to have blank children i a content.

I do not remember using interaction via API but that is the outcome I would suspect. Interaction is only populated when and offer has been delivered as a proposition and acted upon.

In short: offers can be set up to be delivered not only via deliveries but from external webb sources (via API-calls) as well. When the user is given an offer it is referred to as a "proposition". When the user acts on the proposition it is store in interactions table.

.toXML() outputs the enumeration attributes, but as you suggested not the enumValues

Unfortunately, I do not have the default apps you refer to, et least I do not find them when setting a webapp folder to ("folder is a view"). As you suggest I load the enumerations defined in a schema in a script object before the page, and then initiate the combobox "via the context". This works fine for enumerations defined in the schema, but not for enumerations stored in the database. The idea for the client is to have a separate "product" emnumeration they can syncronise with another system...

When I preview: Workflow (with defined segmentcode) creatates a delivery (in Prepare-mode) I go to the newly created delivery, and chose preview-tab and enter recipient from "Delivery target population". Also tried with sending a proof with segmentCode defined in the proof settings of the delivery template. I can see the segment code in the delivery log, but preview is undefined/emtpy object. thank you for your quick reply! For me, the delivery object has "Specified by the inbound event(s)" under "recipients" selected (which I believe is the same thing you refer to). The segement code is shown when I chose "Display Target" (in column @segmentCode) and my personalization code produces <%= targetData.segmentCode %> when I preview the delivery (without personalization). Yet, when I preview with personalization the segment code is blank.

I am trying to access the segment code defined in a workflow split, in the personilazation step in a delivery template. However some steps need to be taken in order to include the segment code in the target data object. I fail to understand how this is done. I wish to hava recipients divided into segments, with personalized content based on segments in the same delivery. targetData.@segmentCode remains empty. Any help is greatly appreciated.
