Hi Team, Understand that there is common version framework for XML editor and Adobe AEM. We have the maximum 5 version settings in our Author environment that we would be keeping same and will not be configuring or altering this configuration. However for DITA, we have the requirement to keep n number of versions (Historical data) with in repository? could you please suggest any alternative to this (Except the alternate to keep n number of versions in configuration and purge content paths using ...

Hello @rohankalra, As mentioned in one of the above comment, there is no OOTB connector available. If the requirement is to retrieve assets from OWC's system to AEM DAM, you could write the code to connect OWC's API's which you may use to download the assets and then based on AEM version's you could use Assets API (AEM 6.4/6.5 on-premises or AMS) or HTTP API (for AEM as cloud services) to upload the assets. Assets API for AEM 6.4/6.5https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/a...

Hi @Snow123 Could you please recheck the link which you have modified if it valid or invalid or any syntax error (Try reverting to old URL and see if it is visible on linkchecker), It seems to be break on step-2 as per adobe standard document. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/administering/operations/external-link-checker.html?lang=en#configuringWhenever a content author saves any link to a page, an event handler is triggered. The event handler traverse all content un...

Hi @Snow123 - Could you please verify your link on http://localhost:4502/etc/linkchecker.htmlChange domain as per your environment. It will provide you better understanding how the values are getting fetched from /var/linkchecker and link checker list is updated. Also you can refer to below article from one of the community member if it helps in investigating further.http://www.aemcq5tutorials.com/tutorials/aem-link-checker-comprehensive-guide/Thanks

Hi @ManuMathew1994 No there is no camel case naming convention to follow while injecting the properties, however it is recommended to give the camel case for properties while creating the dialogs. However if you want to follow in your sling model, definitely you are having option @Named Hope it helps.

Hi @Anderson_Hamer - There are couple of options which you might try to sort out this one. First way is a lengthy way to parse the string(User Agent) and extract the desired result.Another way you can include below JS file to your AEM code and pass the agent in Ajax call to the servlet or using hidden variable in HTL. Sample code would be like below (change to AEM specific)JS File :: https://github.com/bestiejs/platform.jsvar os = platform.os;var browser = platform.name + ' ' + platform.version; Alternatively you an include the Java dependency in your AEM pom.xml file...

Hi @ManuMathew1994 - Assuming the pages are not supposed to access by using selectors, you could write re-write rule at apache redirect module to the original URL without selector.Canonical URL is another option that you can try implementing and give the self page URL, this way it would force the selector pages to adhere canonical functionality, However if pages are already indexed on google - you might raise a google re-crawler request after implementing the required changes.Thank you.

Thanks @davidjgonzalezzzz for your inputs. We need to block POST requests on publisher(live) from the external sources. Having one doubt like If we put only 'Deny everything' for POST requests on dispatcher , will it make impact on internal registered servlets (by path and resource types)? Will the servlets(registered by path) filter out by this setting unless we configure the allow setting for specific paths in dispatcher. (slightly having doubt between internal and external post requests handl...
