When setting up a delivery template, there is a routing field (on the
general properties screen) that allows the user to select an "external
account" for routing. These external accounts are managed by going to
Administration - Platform - External Accounts. I need to understand that
when choosing email or direct mail as the channel for an external
account, then what exactly do the different delivery modes mean (
external, bulk delivery, description, mid-sourcing). Can anyone explain
these to me?
